#2 Robert Roode

Bobby Roode is one of the most talented Superstars in the company (as he has already shown in NXT) and could have been a great heel, had the WWE writers not decided to put portray him as a baby-face in his debut run on SmackDown Live.
The former United States champion had the skills and charisma to make an impression.
Eventually, he picked up a new persona. This time it was the glorious Robert Roode, with a moustache similar to the Hall Of Fame legend "Ravishing" Rick Rude.
Despite that, it seems that he has been over-looked and the writers feel he needs more time to develop into a top talent.
He was once again left out from the MITB match. The match could have given his new persona the much needed boost that it needed.
