#3 Bobby Roode
The “Glorious One” was a great heel during his TNA days and when he joined NXT. He could make more or less any storyline work with his charisma, and was one of the hot favorites to do big things when he was given the push to the main-roster finally.
However, when he did debut on SmackDown Live, his character was given a babyface turn and no one could really understand why. He barely connected with the audiences when this change was made and it led to his downfall.
Apart from two title reigns that ended quite prematurely, he hasn’t been given any kind of major push yet. He deserves more than what he has been given so far and only a heel turn can make things work for him.
He could easily turn on his current partner, Chad Gable, who is basking in his spotlight at present, starting off a new phase in his WWE career.
