Finn Bàlor is one of the most talented WWE Superstar at present. Balor debuted in NXT in 2015 and went on to become the longest reigning WWE NXT Champion. He was also the inaugural WWE Universal Champion.

Since then he had some Intercontinental title shots but was unable to win it. After Roman Reigns became the Universal Champion, Roman challenged Finn Bàlor for the Universal Championship as Finn never lost it.
If he is drafted to SmackDown live in 2019 then he might get a push which may lead him to more championship matches and he may win it.
Finn needs a long run with a championship in wwe to support him as a big star. WWE needs to push Finn as he is capable of main eventing pay-per-views and delivering great matches.
