#4 Mustafa Ali

Like Aleister Black, Mustafa Ali has had a short tenure on the main roster at just about over a year. He's one of the most exciting in-ring stars and his promos are usually among the best that WWE produces.
While Kingston had a memorable run in 2019, his original spot in the Elimination Chamber match was earmarked for Ali. But due to an unfortunate injury just before the PPV, he had to be taken out of the match.
Top name doesn't want to enter the WWE Hall of Fame. More details HERE.
The Fiend is supposed to be a harbinger of chaos that tests the limits of his opponents' psyche. Throughout his time in WWE, Ali has been putting forth positive messages and is constantly linked to the light. He (Ali) also wants to change the perception and messages around "people who look like me."
A battle of wits and rhetoric would easily sell a potential Fiend - Ali feud because one man is the darkness while the other is the light. I don't know if Creative would give this type of shot to Ali but they have a ready-made story of redemption looking them in the face.
He's constantly talked about putting those lost opportunities behind him by looking to the future to write his own story. What better way to do that than by giving him a shot at the Universal Championship?
