Dolph Ziggler has proved himself many times and every time WWE has given up on him. Although he is a two-time world champion, these days his role is reduced to being a stepping stone for NXT talent. His intermittent pushes have hurt his career a lot.The last time he was in a worthwhile storyline was the long feud he had with the Miz for the Intercontinental Championship.

It resulted in a series of great matches including the one at No Mercy 2016 where Ziggler defeated the Miz for the title in a career vs. title match. However, that did not last long and Ziggler was back to his losing ways and pointless feuds.

Ziggler is a star and has a big fan following. His frustrations with WWE are well-known and he has aired his grievances on more than one occasion. Any promotion would be happy to have him as he is a long-term asset. After he hangs his wrestling boots, he could be a great manager and a trainer.
