#2. Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair is almost like Roman Reigns in terms of her polarizing figure but to a much more toned down extent. She's been a tweener most recently, a role that suits her quite a bit.
However, from her days in NXT and her main roster call-up, one thing has been clear - Charlotte is the #1 woman in WWE, whether fans like it or not. Sure, Ronda Rousey is being focused on while she's there and Becky Lynch is quickly finding her stock rise by the day.
However, whoever comes and whoever goes, Charlotte Flair will always be the main woman on the WWE roster, and her career will be filled with championships and more accolades.
There's little chance that Charlotte will be allowed to leave to AEW. Rather, she's going to find herself offered a significant pay raise once her contract is up.
However, that doesn't seem to be happening any time soon. The Queen will stay put.
