He may have turned his back on the fans in 2018, but not so long ago, Daniel Bryan was the most beloved Superstar in wrestling.

After being held back by the Authority, Bryan was given the opportunity to main event WrestleMania 30, all he had to do was defeat Triple H in the show's opener.

With the odds stacked against him, Bryan channelled the YES! Movement to defeat the Game, who attacked the bearded warrior post-match.

Refusing to quit, Bryan made it to the main event, facing Batista and Randy Orton, both of whom had vowed to stop Bryan from leaving New Orleans as champion.

The two Evolution stablemates couldn't get along though, and despite more interference by The Game, Bryan made Batista tap out, winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, in what was a true miracle on Bourbon street.
