Jake Roberts has cleaned up his act thanks to DDP Yoga after dealing with severe alcohol addiction for many years, but suffered frequently with the law during those dark days. After being arrested for punching a fan in 1988, he was taken into custody in 1999 too for being woefully behind on his child support.

Two years on, he was arrested yet again for backing his car into another parked vehicle while under the strong influence of alcohol. And his misfortune with the law continued as his problems with alcohol only worsened.

It took only two further years for Jake to land in hot soup again, this time with the English authorities, for not caring about his python and letting it die. This was followed by another arrest in the USA within the span of two months – this time for possession of narcotics (cocaine, namely).

Just when it seemed that his trouble with alcohol, drugs and the law had broken him though, DDP’s timely intervention helped him resuscitate his life.
