Triple H was one of the most prolific Superstars of the Attitude Era. He has also shone as a heel in the PG Era, which is why he has a marvelous record at WWE Backlash. The Game has featured in the closing match of this pay-per-view event for a record seven times.
Triple H's wins at WWE Backlash
Triple H faced off against X-Pac in a singles match at the inaugural edition of WWE Backlash. The Game had Chyna in his corner, and he beat his opponent in a bout that lasted nearly 20 minutes.

Next year, he defended his WWF Championship against The Rock. Shane McMahon was the special guest referee for this bout while Vince McMahon and Stephanie were in The Game's corner. The Brahma Bull had the back of Stone Cold Steve Austin. After a lot of drama and intense action, The People's Champ won the title from The King of Kings.
However, in 2001, Triple H and Stone Cold Steve Austin teamed up to defend their WWF Championship and the Intercontinental Championship in a Winner Take All match against The Brothers of Destruction. The latter duo was holding the tag team titles then. The Two-Man Power Trip left the building with all the gold that night.
Two years later, he joined hands with Ric Flair and Chris Jericho to beat the trio of Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, and Booker T.
His last win came during a fatal four-way elimination match at WWE Backlash 2008, where he survived till the end and pinned Randy Orton to win the WWE Championship.
