#4 Shawn Michaels - 17 matches

Nicknamed as Mr. WrestleMania, Shawn Michaels's first 'Mania appearance was at the fifth edition of the grand event. He took part in a tag team match at WrestleMania 5 where he teamed up with Marty Jannetty to take on the team of Akeem and Big Boss Man.
Since then, Michaels has been a part of 17 WrestleMania matches but has emerged victorious in 6 of them. His overall record took a hit during his rivalry with The Undertaker. Michaels lost two WrestleMania matches on a trot against The Deadman, the second of which was a Streak vs Career match. The fact that he's called Mr. WrestleMania despite losing more matches than he's won just shows how great a Superstar he was.
Over the years, he has battled some of the greatest Superstars in Stone Cold Steve Austin, John Cena, Bret Hart, Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle at WrestleMania.
Despite sharing the ring with some of the best wrestlers in the world, Michaels' best match at WrestleMania was against Razor Ramon at WrestleMania X. The two men blew away MSG’s roof on 20th March 1994 in an unbelievable ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship.
