Despite being a tag team, Primo has had over twice as many matches in 2018 than Epico

When Primo Colon joined the company in 2007, it was clear that he was destined to be a tag-team star.

First teaming up with his older brother Carlito, with the pair becoming the first Unified Tag Team Champions, Primo would later team with his cousin Epico in 2011, a team that continues to this day.

But despite being a tag star, Primo competed in more than double the matches his cousin did, and after winning two of his 34 matches, finishes 2018 with a losing record of 94.1 percent.

It does seem baffling that Primo would feature in so many matches without his cousin, as the duo have been practically inseparable since teaming together, whether as Los Matadores or as the equally bizarre time-share con men, a gimmick that fortunately ended not long after it started.
