Earlier this year, WWE announced the participants of the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The WWE Universe couldn't control its excitement when it was revealed that Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle would be teaming up in the tournament. The duo was given a unique moniker, The BroserWeights, combining both men's popular monikers of BruiserWeight and Original Bro. The duo defeated Grizzled Young Veterans in the finals to earn an opportunity at the NXT Tag Team titles. They eventually won the belts by defeating Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish of The Undisputed Era.

This popular Tag team didn't last long though, as COVID-19 struck and Dunne was unable to travel to the United States amidst the crisis. Timothy Thatcher was later named as a replacement for Dunne. Soon after, Riddle was moved to WWE SmackDown and is doing well for himself on the Blue brand currently. Riddle recently defeated King Corbin at WWE Payback. It seems highly unlikely that we will see him back with Dunne again unless the latter makes his way to WWE SmackDown in the distant future.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
