#1 The Bar

The Bar was one of the "glue" tag teams in the WWE. While it was becoming repetitive with the rotation of the Bar, the Usos and the New Day all trading the titles, the Bar was formed in a different manner than the other two stalwarts of the division.
When he was still the RAW GM, Mick Foley forced both Sheamus and Cesaro to fight each other in a "Best of 7" series. It ended with the two men forming a tag team and one that would go on to win the RAW belts four times and the SmackDown titles once.
They were unsuccessful in capturing the blue brand's titles at WrestleMania. Unfortunately, Sheamus suffered a concussion in a six-man tag team match on the ensuing episode of SmackDown. He has been away from WWE since then but has also suffered from Spinal Stenosis, which also ended the career of Paige.
Cesaro has moved back to RAW to put forth fantastic matches with Ricochet and Aleister Black. He's an underused talent that is relied on to make other stars look better, but he's someone that should have had at least one reign as either WWE or Universal Champion. While there was a whole storyline involving the team's formation, it still counts as a team from previous years that is no longer teaming together in 2019.
