#2 Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe

Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe formed a tag team to combat the faction led by Seth Rollins which also had Murphy and AOP. Joe was removed from the feud when he was given a 30-day suspension for a wellness policy violation, with The Street Profits taking Owens and Joe's place in the feud.
Joe's suspension ended last month but he has yet to return to WWE television, which perhaps hints at the creative team not having anything in store for him. WWE could possibly re-form the tag team of Owens and Joe, perhaps in view to set-up a bigger feud: Owens vs Joe.
Joe and Owens both work well as heels, as they can both run their mouth, be ruthless on the mic, as well as inflict a lot of damage when in the ring. Joe could perhaps turn heel somewhere down the line after the duo re-forms, and set-up a match for SummerSlam, or maybe Survivor Series. The two have feuded before on NXT but not on the main roster (albeit a brief feud on SmackDown last year)
