Epico and Primo are going nowhere in the tag team division

I appreciate what WWE has done here with the Puerto Rican heritage of both Epico and Primo, but this might be one of the worst gimmicks ever in the company. Both tag team specialists are solid in the ring, but the promos and the style they now use in the ring makes them look weak.

In a better move, why not take their Hispanic heritage and make them more of a Luchadore-type tag team? There is a logjam of sorts in both tag team divisions. The Shining Stars are just an example of bad booking and even worse promo work.
