5 WWE tag teams that hated each other in real life

#1 The Mega Powers ('Macho Man' Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan)

The MegaPowers exploded when they collided in the main event of WrestleMania 5.

For a young fan watching WWF Television, the Mega Powers must have been a dream come true.

The two biggest good guys of their team, the pairing of Macho Man Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan seemed perfect, as the duo worked together against the heels.

The truth backstage though, was very different.

Backstage, the pair were at each other's throats, and whilst Hogan would often steal the Macho Man's spotlight, (see-WrestleMania 4), Savage would bite back in interviews, saying how "I got nothing good to say about Hulk Hogan."

Fortunately, according to Savage's brother Lanny Poffo, the two would make amends shortly before the Macho Man's untimely death in 2011.

Savage would eventually take his place aside the Hulkster in the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015.
