#3. Finn Balor to WWE RAW and T-Bar to NXT

It seems like a lifetime ago when Finn Balor was one of the top stars in WWE. Remember when he was the number one draft pick and became the first ever WWE Universal Champion? Wouldn't it be great to have that Finn Balor back on Monday Night RAW?
He should move back to where he belongs to get back to being as good as he used to be and as he should be.
Going the other way should be T-Bar. Everything Dominik Dijakovic has done since moving from NXT to RAW and becoming T-Bar has been a disservice to the superstar's talent.
Reverting to Dijakovic's character on NXT could restore his standing in WWE. Given that he didn't achieve any title success on the black and yellow brand, he certainly has a lot to accomplish.
Dijakovic could, and should, be a major player in WWE and letting him dominate NXT is a great way to reboot his career.
