WWE Superstars are usually in their prime during their 20s and 30s. Many superstars in both the men's and women's divisions have thrived at a young age before deciding to retire and pursue another career, either in the business or elsewhere.
When it comes to the women's division, WWE legends like Trish Stratus and Lita retired in their early 30s, and the same goes for Beth Phoenix, who retired at the age of 32.
Still, there are a few female stars who retired before the age of 30, and in this article, we look at five of them.

#5. Eve Torres
Eve Torres joined the Stamford-based company at the age of 23 when she agreed to a deal with the Stamford-based company. She stayed with the company for six years, emerging as a top female star as an in-ring competitor and general manager.
However, her wrestling career came to an end a few years after her move to WWE, as she decided to pursue other opportunities. Eve Torres retired at the age of 29 (2013), winning the Divas Championship three times.
#4. Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn signed with the Stamford-based company at the age of 24. She joined the NXT brand in 2010 before moving to the main roster shortly after.
Kaitlyn was considered one of the best stars of her generation, and the creative team pushed her by making her the Divas Champion back in 2013. A few months later, in 2014, she lost the title and retired at the age of 28, vowing to leave the business and pursue other opportunities.
#3. Kelly Kelly
Kelly Kelly was just 19 years old when she signed a contract with WWE in 2006. She emerged as a top star in the business, even though she had a limited role early in her career.
The former star stayed with the company for six years, during which she became the Divas Champion in 2011. A year later, at the age of 25, she left the company permanently to pursue a career in modeling.
However, she has occasionally returned over the past decade or so, and it shouldn't come as a surprise if she continues to appear at premium live events at the Royal Rumble.
#2. Former WWE Divas Champion Paige
Paige moved to WWE when she was 19 years old, back in 2011. Following a dominant run on NXT, between 2012 and 2014, she moved to the main roster, starting a feud with AJ Lee.
During the rivalry, she became the youngest Divas Champion in company history, as she was 21 when she claimed the championship in 2014. However, injuries derailed her career, costing her a couple of years.
After a serious neck injury, she returned in 2016 but re-aggravated her injury and retired in 2018 at the age of 25. For the next few years, she moved to different roles for the company.
In 2022, she departed and joined AEW after being medically cleared to compete. She is still part of Tony Khan's company.
#1. AJ Lee
AJ Lee was one of the most dominant female wrestlers during her time with the Stamford-based company. Lee joined the promotion in 2009. She spent a couple of years at a developmental level before moving to the main roster in 2011 at the age of 26.
AJ Lee was one of the great competitors in the Women's Division, claiming the Divas Championship three times. She also had a brief stint as the General Manager of RAW but went on to leave and announce her retirement in 2015.
Her husband, CM Punk's relationship with the company at the time affected her decision. The Best in the World returned after a decade away in November 2023 and fueled reports about AJ Lee coming out of retirement and making her return.
