Based off what was teased in NXT, you would think Enzo Amore would be in a relationship with Carmella, but that actually isn't the case. As previously noted, Carmella is currently dating Amore's tag team partner Big Cass, while Amore is in a relationship with Liv Morgan.

Both are on the smaller side and are New Jersey natives, so they're truly two peas in a pod. That said, not once did they ever interact on NXT TV, hence it might be slightly surprising to discover they're partners.

It's unknown how long they've been seeing each other, but based on photos featuring the two, they have been a couple for at least over a year at this point. If Enzo and Cass ever go their separate ways, Morgan would be a nice valet for Enzo as a singles competitor.
