#1. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns has been The Big Dog, Head Of The Table, The Tribal Chief, but he's never been the King of the Ring winner, which is probably a good thing because otherwise we'd be inundated with 'King Reigns' puns from Paul Heyman.
Nevertheless, it's weird that Reigns has been one of the biggest stars in WWE over the last decade, headlining multiple WrestleManias, winning multiple world titles, only to never win the tournament.
It's not like he hasn't had the opportunity. He could've entered in 2019 or 2015 if he wanted to. Then again, there's the argument that, like Cena, Reigns had already been pushed into the main event and he didn't need the rub of a King of the Ring tournament win.
However, a small part of me thinks that Babyface Reigns or the heel Reigns we've got now would've gotten over much quicker had they put him in a King of the Ring tournament and let him win it. I guess we'll never know.
