#3 Lights spoil AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton
Following Seth Rollins’ victory over Brock Lesnar in the opening match of the main show, AJ Styles defeated Randy Orton in a battle which was essentially billed around Styles’ status as “The King of the Indies” and Orton’s moniker as “The Face of WWE”.

It looked as though the 16-minute match could go either way after Orton picked up a 2-count following an RKO. In the end, Styles hit a Phenomenal Forearm to the outside, then another inside the ring, to get the 1-2-3.
On television, the match came across like one of the best on the show. As for the fans in attendance, they were unable to see much of the encounter due to a bright light above the ring set-up.
Orton took to Instagram after the show, writing: "For the live crowd that saw this tonight during my match at #WM #wrestlemania at Met Life Stadium tonight, I would like to apologize on behalf of @WWE for screwing up and shining a bright light in your eyes for 95% of our match. You missed a really great ****ing match."
