#1 Big Show (WCW Debut in 1995)
Debuting in 1995 in WCW as The Giant, Paul Donald Wight II, better known as Big Show in WWE, was a staple of wrestling programming for a good 20 years straight. Apart from a short break in 2007 to deal with some minor issues, he has consistently performed at the top without ever getting injured until 2016-17. His safe in-ring style is the reason why he never sat out for a long time like other wrestlers of his era.
Unlike other superstars of his size, the 7-time world champion has consistently been active in the ring. He has also been a favorite of many wrestlers, as he's well-known for also ensuring others' safety as well during his matches.

It was ultimately in 2016-17 that he stopped performing at a full-time level due to hip injuries and has made sporadic appearances since then. One can still expect him to pop up anytime on WWE programming as he's always around when Vince McMahon is looking for a surprise.
