#3 Rusev
Rusev was one the most hated wrestlers when he made his debut on the main roster in 2014. He had an undefeated streak of 146 days, which was eventually broken by John Cena at WrestleMania 31. Since then, he has failed to create a lasting impact on the fans. He was a part of The League of Nations which defeated The New Day at WrestleMania 32; however, the moment was short-lived as the team was then squashed by returning WWE legends.
His current "Rusev Day" gimmick is being loved by the fans and WWE should not wait to bank upon this opportunity. His supposed face turn has finally got him over with the fans. Winning the United States Championship or the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at the grandest stage of them all will stamp his authority of being a top guy in the company.
