Monday Night RAW has finally bid adieu to USA Network and last night's episode was the final show under the broadcasting giant. It was also the last episode of 2024, and WWE delivered some great matches and segments to make it a memorable night. However, it was not a night to remember for a 52-year-old legend who fell prey to a ruthless attack on the red brand.

Some fans have speculated that R-Truth may have made his last appearance on RAW last night after what transpired on the show. While making his entrance for his match, the veteran star was ambushed from behind by Pete Dunne at the ramp. The former Brawling Brutes member unleashed his wrath on Truth, pounding the latter for calling him "Butch" week after week. As a result, the WWE officials had to intervene to stop the assault, and the match between the two was canceled.

There is a good possibility that WWE may have had that angle to write the 52-year-old off television for some time. However, the chances of him leaving the Monday night show are highly unlikely. WWE RAW is set to debut on Netflix next week which is set to revolutionize sports entertainment, and when it comes to entertainment, R-Truth is the epitome of it.

A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.

He is one of the most popular active veteran stars currently in this industry and is an asset to WWE RAW. The former Awesome Truth member is expected to remain on the flagship show and entertain the fans, especially the wide global audience that will get exposure to WWE's product on Netflix. When it comes to the current storyline though, Truth has unfinished business with Pete Dunne.

Hence, the former RAW Tag Team Champion could disappear from the red brand for a while but is not expected to leave it for now. It will be interesting to see what Triple H and his creative team have in store for R-Truth.

R-Truth to turn heel on WWE RAW after being attacked by Pete Dunne?

The current WWE roster is stacked with several veterans and legends and R-Truth is one of them. The 52-year-old has been a babyface in the company for more than a decade. However, in light of the recent events, there has been speculation if Truth is set to turn heel.

Although it is an intriguing prospect, the chances of it happening are quite low. R-Truth is currently in a state where his abilities and charisma are far above the realm of a character change. The WWE veteran has currently been working as an enhancement talent in the company, uplifting young and upcoming talents on the roster.

He has been adding an exciting flavor to the ongoing product with his jocular gimmick and contributing in every possible way. Therefore, a heel turn will not likely resonate with the fans and could be redundant at this point. Meanwhile, R-Truth could help the current heels on the roster to accentuate their characters.

It will be interesting to see how WWE utilizes the veteran star on Monday Night RAW once it moves to Netflix next week. There is no doubt that Truth will continue to play a vital role on WWE RAW.
