To Mysterio's relief, 'The Viper' took down Styles with an RKO before Mysterio went on to land the final blow and pin 'The Phenomenal One' to win the United States Championship.
It would be a huge surprise if Orton turns on Mysterio right now and challenges him for the United States Championship that wouldn't have changed hands if not for him.

However, if the Apex Predator were to challenge Rey Mysterio for the Championship, their feud might not start until the end of the year. Otherwise, his booking in the last few weeks will account for nothing.
