With WWE slowly building up the wedge between Bayley and Sasha Banks, the fans were all but sure that they will be treated to a rematch of the classic NXT: TakeOver encounter between the two women. Alas, the two will have to settle for a place in the Women's Battle Royal.

Similar is the case with Matt Hardy. After all the hype surrounding the Ultimate Deletion and Bray Wyatt reportedly joining forces with the 'Woken One', they will just be part of the ATG Memorial Battle Royal.

The same applies to the entire Women's division on both brands as well. Apart from the two Championship matches and Ronda Rousey's debut, none of the women even have a trace of a storyline heading into 'The Grandest Stage of them All'. Women's evolution? Really?
