#1. Current WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns
It's hard to imagine that there was ever a time when Roman Reigns wasn't seen as the face of WWE. The Universal Champion has dominated SmackDown for more than a year now and has main evented a number of WrestleManias.
Reigns is a member of the famous Anoa'i family but whilst wrestling is in his blood, the former champion was looking to pursue a career in football before his issues with leukemia signaled the end of his career.

Reigns later joined the family business in 2010 when he signed for Vince McMahon's promotion and was sent to their developmental division. The Tribal Chief then spent two years in developmental where he was known as "Leakee."
Reigns later appeared on NXT and then made a splash on the main roster as a member of The Shield. The current Universal Champion has since been pushed as the company's biggest star.
He is currently embroiled in a feud with WWE Champion Brock Lesnar which could lead the two men to another WrestleMania showdown.
