John Cena vs Xavier Woods
John Cena and Xavier Woods have met in a one-on-one match only once when The New Day member answered Cena's United States Championship Open Challenge back in 2015. The two WWE Superstars put on a spectacular match that saw Woods show his wrestling skill set.

Towards the end of the match, John Cena had the former Tag Team Champion in the STF. It looked like Woods was about to tap out to the move but was saved by his fellow New Day members Kofi Kingston and Big E.
Together, the trio beat down the then United States Champion only for the Dudley Boys to run down and make the save. The Dudley Boyz and Cena cleared the ring of The New Day resulting in a six-man Tag Team Match between them.
The New Day beat the team of the Dudley Boyz and John Cena that night when Woods rolled up D-Von Dudley for the win. But the night didn't end till the Dudley Boyz and Cena drove Woods through a table while the remaining New Day members retreated to the back.
