#3 There are no rope breaks inside a cage
The referees had an interesting night at Money in the Bank, to the extent that they will probably be talked about much more than the superstars tomorrow morning. Once again the referee took center stage as part of Shane McMahon's match with The Miz when he decided to stop a pinfall attempt for a rope break.

A few minutes before he had refused to count following a submission attempt and made it clear that rope breaks weren't allowed, but then he was OK to call a rope break for Shane McMahon as part of a pin.
The commentary team once again called the referee out on it and they pointed out that rope breaks shouldn't be used in a cage and stated that Shane must have paid the referee off.
