WWE Superstar John Cena is one of the most generous celebrities in all of WWE and entertainment. The WWE Superstar has won the hearts of his fans for decades by going out of the way and granting wishes whenever he’s had the chance. This has helped him become recognized as one of the kindest individuals in entertainment today.

"These kids facing life-threatening illnesses are granted one wish, and imagine if you were that wish? That is by far the most flattering thing that I have ever experienced," Cena said in a 2018 interview with ESPN.

In 2020, one particular act of kindness from the Superstar caught the eye of several fans. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Cena went out of the way to meet his 7-year-old fan David Castle. Castle is battling Wilms tumor, a cancer that affects the kidneys.

The Doctor of Thuganomics visited Castle at his home, wearing his wrestling attire along with a mask and gloves.

Not only did John Cena meet his little friend, but he also gifted him a package of WWE gifts, including replica championship belts. Castle was visibly moved by Cena’s act of kindness, and the visit would have helped make his battle with a life-threatening disease a little easier.
