What do Kurt Angle, Jerry Lawler, and Mick Foley have in common except for their incredibly awesome careers both in WWE and even outside the company? They have all been attacked by The Fiend for no fault of their own but because they are sports entertainment legends.
So, Edge could come to the ring to bid farewell to the millions watching around the world 24 hours after his historic win at WrestleMania 36. And then, the lights could go out and The Fiend could appear, attacking Edge and laying him out in the middle of the ring.
Yes, I know that The Fiend is a SmackDown Superstar and this is a twist on RAW, but the night after WrestleMania is usually a special event and it is a prelude of things to come in the following year. It could even indicate to those watching at home that a Superstar Shake-Up may be imminent where either Edge moves to SmackDown or The Fiend moves to RAW.
