#2 Long-term planning

WWE has been running for ages, but one weird thing which stands out is the fact that there is no long-term planning for anyone. It may seem like a wrestler is having a good run for a few weeks, but all of a sudden, their roles and character changes without any intimation or explanation. Vince is known to be finicky, prone to constantly change his mind. This makes it very difficult for the company to implement any long-term strategy.

Triple H is very detail-oriented and strategic in his vision. Once he becomes the Chairman, long-term booking will be a larger factor in storylines.

#1 Win and losses will matter

WWE has done an abysmal job at making wins and losses matter. They have constantly ignored the results of their own matches. Some of the highest ranking producers have publicly stated that wins and losses do not matter in WWE. This approach will have to be eliminated to take the company forward.

In NXT, wins and losses matter. There is always a good reason for winning or losing, so this aspect will definitely be implemented when Triple H becomes the boss.
