Aleister Black has not quite had the main roster career he would have envisioned when he was brought to RAW last year. After a promising start with Ricochet, he was lost in the shuffle. He's been brought back and seems to have some momentum going on right now.

A report earlier this year said that Black was the one to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36 rather than Drew McIntyre.
"I know that Aleister Black was in the running for the Brock Lesnar match. The decision was made to go with McIntyre and it's probably the right decision considering, I think it's early for Aleister Black but he was absolutely in the running for that decision. And you can tell from watching the TV."
If Black gets a bit of momentum over the next month or so, he may get the opportunity to face Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, which could be the start of his big push in WWE. A win or a good showing against Lesnar could get him a shot against McIntyre in the future.
