Roderick Strong said in a 2017 video on WWE’s YouTube channel that he had a crush on Molly Holly when he was younger.

Interestingly, the Undisputed Era member actually trained with the former WWE Women's Champion at the same backyard pro wrestling school when she was 18 and he was 13-14.

Holly even recalled in a Ring the Belle interview in 2019 that she recommended one of Strong’s moves – the Widow’s Peak – to Victoria when her then-WWE colleague was looking for a new finisher.

“He had a really cool move, and so Victoria was looking for a new finisher and I showed it to her and when I showed it to her in the ring, Vince McMahon was ringside talking to some people… he saw her practice it on me and Vince McMahon went, ‘Ohhhh, ohhhh,’ and I thought, ‘If we can get Vince to react that way, then we know it’s a good one.’” [H/T Fightful]

Given the history between the two WWE Superstars, it is not known whether Strong was being serious in the video or if he was joking around.
