#4 Shayna Baszler

The lineage of the NXT Women's Championship is absolutely incredible, with the likes of Charlotte, Asuka, Bayley, Sasha Banks and Ember Moon holding the title at different points, but right now, it's hard to imagine it over the shoulder of anyone but The Queen of Spades.
Shayna Baszler has been with the WWE since the first Mae Young Classic. Her matches are great and feel somewhat legitimate, and with no set challenger ahead of her, it's hard to see her losing that title anytime soon.

Io Shirai, Deonna Perazzo, Rhea Ripley, Tegan Nox and Chelsea Green all loom in the future, but none of them are ready to challenge Baszler right now, and it creates some doubt about the quality of the division going forward.
When she is promoted to RAW or Smackdown, Baszler will be accompanied by Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir, and they've got a long way to go before being ready for that, so expect her to remain in NXT until those two are ready to go.
