#2 Ricochet

Ricochet only arrived in NXT in early 2018, but he's been stealing the show and the WWE Universe's breath ever since that point. Although dropping a title in NXT could mean going to the main roster soon, we hope that's not the case.
As an in-ring performer, Ricochet is the perfect embodiment of what high-flying wrestling needs to be, but he's admitted to learning a lot since joining NXT in the character department, and he still needs plenty of work in that area.
His matches with Velveteen Dream, Adam Cole and Johnny Gargano have all been fantastic, and his vast improvements as an overall performer have been obvious throughout his time in NXT, but he still has so much to do.
With the likes of Matt Riddle, Keith Lee and other new stars still to face, Ricochet could be down in NXT stealing the show for another year, and if that's what it takes for him to avoid 205 Live, we'd all be okay with that.
