#2 Randy Orton - 7 Main events in a row - 2013
While John Cena was the resident Superman of the WWE, his job wouldn't be complete without a Supervillain to cause some trouble. Randy Orton was the perfect person to play that role.
The third generation superstar has never failed to deliver whenever he got the opportunity, and he has been one of the major superstars in the WWE's transition to the PG era.
Fans drowned out a popular wrestler with 'She's a racist' chants recently
Randy Orton made this list after he won the MITB ladder match in 2013 and cashed it in on Daniel Bryan at SummerSlam to win the WWE Championship.
He main evented seven PPV's in a row starting from MITB in July to TLC in December 2013. The count would have been ten in a row if he and Cena had main evented Royal Rumble 2014.
Orton returned to the WWE at the Extreme Rules PPV last Sunday after taking some time off due to injury. We must wait to find out what the future holds for the Viper.
