Former NFL pro golden glove boxer Baron Corbin has an athletic pedigree that should make for an ideal wrestler.

Unfortunately, Baron has struggled to resonate with the audience. He's a decent wrestler, and articulate in interviews, but he seems to hold himself apart from both the audience and his opponent; Baron Corbin is that guy who comes to the party but is too cool talk to talk to anyone.

What he needs to improve on: Corbin's wrestling ability is coming along nicely, but he badly needs a gimmick or character change. In NXT he was over more as a face, and it might be time for him to switch to the other side of the fence.
