His World Cup trophy win at WWE Crown Jewel was a head-scratcher, and things only went downhill from that point on. Shane went on to turn heel for the first time in years and met The Miz at WrestleMania 35. As luck would have it, Shane pinned The Miz in front of 80,000 shocked fans.
