There was a time when The Miz was omnipresent on WWE television. He was the United States Champion, the World Tag-Team Champion and the WWE Tag-Team Champion. Insane to think about it in today's scenario, but back then there wasn't a very distinctive brand split and titles from both brands were defended on any show.
The Miz and The Big Show combined together to form an unusual pair-up and captured both brand's tag team championships. Those days we were quite used to seeing teams carry 4 belts to the ring, which even the likes of Chris Jericho and Big Show and DX also doing the same.
Another unusual pair-up by the Miz involved his arch nemesis at the time, John Cena. When Miz was the WWE champion in 2011, he and Cena won the WWE Tag-Team championships from the team of Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater. Hilariously though, they immediately lost the belts after a rematch clause was instated.
