Damian Priest won the United States title at SummerSlam

Bobby Lashley recently listed a few WWE RAW stars that he would like to face in the future, one of whom is Damian Priest.

"Everybody says [Brock], but there are so many guys at the top right now. Someone said Damian Priest, and that's not the first person I thought about, but you have to take him in consideration," said Bobby Lashley.

Priest picked up his first title on the main roster at SummerSlam 2021 when he won the United States Championship from Sheamus.

The former NXT star seems to be thought of highly in WWE as he has featured in a few prominent storylines, including a WrestleMania match, just months after debuting on the main roster.

Damian Priest matches up with Bobby Lashley in terms of size at 6'5" tall, while he has the agility and speed to cause some problems for the WWE Champion as well.

A feud with Lashley could certainly elevate Priest in the eyes of the fans. Even though it's unlikely he will beat The Almighty in his first outing, he could get the rub if he has a good showing.
