Finn Balor hasn't had a lot of luck over the past month

Finn Balor hasn't had a great time as of late, after fighting for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania, he has most recently been reduced to a feud with the acting General Manager of Monday Night Raw, which has left him in a less than dominant position on Raw.

Balor was recently defeated by his friend Braun Strowman before he was then saved by The Shield, but other than that The Demon has been unable to pick up a feud heading into Hell in a Cell, which could be why he is another one of the company's top stars that are missing out on the show.
