The Pedigree is a unique move in WWE that was made famous by Triple H. The finisher was synonymous with The Game during his heydays and we rarely saw another WWE Superstar even trying to attempt the move. However, all that changed when Set Rollins started using The Pedigree after getting the permission from Triple H

When Rollins asked permission to use the iconic finisher during matches, The Game was more than happy to give his approval.

“He asked. He came to me, and he was like, ‘How would you feel about it, but given the storyline and everything else, how would you feel about me using the Pedigree?’ I was like, ‘If you think that benefits you, please do. Like, I would be honored.’ And, you know, and it worked for him for a while. So yeah, I was happy for him to do it. You know, there’s moments in your career where there are things like they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. So that for me, if he felt like it was meaningful to him, I was glad he could use it and get something out of it.”

Rollins used the move for several matches before moving back to his finisher known as the Stomp. However, we have seen him use the Pedigree to secure a win over Braun Strowman at WWE Clash Of Champions 2019.
