#4. Shayna Baszler - An underutilized star in the WWE Women's division?
Shayna Baszler looked like she was going to have a meteoric rise on the WWE main roster. When she made her debut, her impact was instant. She had one of the all-time great performances inside the Elimination Chamber as she became the first person to eliminate every single opponent involved.
While many thought that WWE would end Becky Lynch's historic RAW Women's title reign at WrestleMania 36, things changed. Lynch retained the title and completed a year as the RAW Women's Champion.
The decision was likely made to help her complete a full year with the title. Unfortunately for Baszler, it didn't work out after that either. Rather than dropping the title, Becky Lynch simply vacated it when announcing her pregnancy and declared Asuka (who won the Money in the Bank briefcase a night before) as the new RAW Women's Champion.
Shayna Baszler is still enjoying moderate success in the WWE Women's Tag Team division, winning the tag team titles twice with Nia Jax. However, she has been presented as the team's weak link constantly and takes the fall in their defeats all the time.
Shayna Baszler should be getting pushed as a top heel on RAW, but WWE keeps going with Charlotte Flair instead.
