#3. Ricochet - Underutilized by WWE?
Ricochet has had two years on the WWE main roster so far. Given that he is only 32 years old as of this writing, there is still a lot of time for him to succeed. When he debuted in 2019 on the main roster, he made a quick impact and won the United States title within months by defeating Samoa Joe.
That was the high point of his WWE career, but he has been regularly featured on many occasions as a RAW Superstar. But after two years, one can't help but wonder whether the company could have done more. Looking at Apollo Crews, it's also evident that getting pushed can take years for most superstars.
Ricochet has all the tools to be a big star in WWE. He has athleticism and in-ring ability, but that isn't enough. There needs to be more development of character and ability on the mic. His real progress will be seen once he cuts promos in front of crowds again when they return to WWE this month.
But 2020 and the pandemic era in the promotion would have been the perfect time to push Ricochet, as he could have benefited from more promo time without crowds present. Superstars like Apollo Crews improved vastly because of it.
