Seth Rollins might be the perfect catalyst that Alpha Academy needs. Otis and Chad Gable aka Alpha Academy are a good team, but what they lack is a leader.
Rollins is used to leading factions and given the capabilities of Gable and Otis, he would have the perfect team for himself to command. Both Gable and Otis have been trying to break through in the tag team division, but with someone helping them on the outside like Rollins, they might get exactly what they need.

Seth Rollins himself would be lucky as well. Both Otis and Gable have shown that they can do almost anything they need to when they enter the ring. They have proven that they can be vicious and with Rollins' leadership the duo would likely be even more vicious than before.
The Messiah could then look to take on different superstars and with his own faction, he could even try to challenge Roman Reigns and The Bloodline to become the dominant faction on the Blue brand.
It would make for some interesting storylines and would help push Gable and Otis out of obscurity.
