Rusev had the best start to his WWE career but then all the momentum that he had just seemed to fizzle out. In the year 2020, the world is all about inclusivity and very few people have misplaced anger towards Bulgaria, because, let's face it, we're a lot more educated and open-minded about the current state of the world. However, if the big man had been around in the 80s, he would have been a top-shelf heel, tearing it up with Hulk Hogan.

Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
We remember the iconic entrance that Rusev was given with the tank and everything at WrestleMania, do we not?
With Lana by his side in the 80s, Rusev could have been a heat magnet in the WWE roster. Had Lana helped him cheat to win his matches, the crowd would have been up in arms and enraged, and in due time thrilled, when someone like Hulk Hogan strode out to end the tyranny of this vicious foreign heel for good.
