As great as these two are, they could have been more in another WWE era
#1 Roman Reigns would have definitely been embraced by more fans in the Golden Era of WWE

When the think-tank at WWE first glanced upon Roman Reigns, I am certain that they saw dollar signs. And why wouldn't they considering that he looks like a movie star, can work in the ring as well as almost anyone in the WWE roster and is a role model even in his personal life, with the respect of almost everyone in the locker room?

Unfortunately, the crowd never took to him at all, booing him at every opportunity. And this happened because, when Roman Reigns rose up the ranks in WWE, the curtain had been pulled back and people blamed the creative team for not pushing their favorite- Daniel Bryan.
Roman Reigns would have definitely done significantly better in the Golden Era of WWE or even the New Generation, in my opinion. He would have been the next Hulk Hogan that Vince McMahon sought, that Lex Luger was unable to be.
Reigns is a top dog even today but could have been so much bigger.
