WWE's current roster is filled with some of the greatest tag teams and factions, which have been dominating the landscape for quite some time. Whether it be The Bloodline on SmackDown or The Judgment Day on RAW, both brands have plenty of teams that have been the driving force behind the company's success.

Amid the changing landscape, some of those groups could break up by the end of this year. While a few tag teams and stables could implode due to betrayals, others could simply split up for a fresh beginning. Triple H may have already sown the seeds for this seismic shift across both RAW and SmackDown.

Let's look at six WWE teams that may break up before the end of 2024:

#6. A-Town Down Under

Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, collectively known as A-Town Down Under, have been one of the top tag teams on SmackDown. However, tensions have been simmering between the two stars for quite some time. With WWE showcasing a subtle rift between them, the rumors of their breakup may come to fruition this year.

While Theory has been bottling up his frustrations for a while, Waller could be cooking something as well. The Aussie Icon could draw the first blood, as he could turn his back on his teammate in the coming weeks, leading to an implosion of A-Town Down Under. It could eventually lead to Theory's babyface turn, which fans have been clamoring for.

The Triple H-led creative team could pull the trigger on this much-waited move when fans could be least expecting it.

#5. Damage CTRL

One of the factions that Triple H could dissolve by the end of this year is Damage CTRL. With Asuka and Dakota Kai being sidelined, the faction has failed to create much of an impact on RAW in recent times. Therefore, IYO SKY and Kairi Sane could part ways and embark on their singles run on the main roster to have a fresh beginning.

The Stamford-based promotion could either show a betrayal angle between the two Damage CTRL members or simply separate them by putting IYO and Kairi in individual storylines. This will also allow Asuka and Dakota to choose a solo path whenever they return to television. Moreover, it will strengthen the RAW Women's Division.

WWE could build The Genius of The Sky as a top babyface on RAW in Rhea Ripley's absence while making Kairi Sane one of the biggest heels.

#4. #DIY on WWE SmackDown

Another tag team that is apparently on the verge of collapse is #DIY. Tommaso Ciampa was seen frustrated with Johnny Gargano after the duo failed to win the WWE Tag Team Championship Number One Contenders Tournament final last month.

The Blackheart simply walked away, leaving his tag team partner behind. Things have not been working well for them lately, as they have been suffering a lot of setbacks.

Therefore, Ciampa and Gargano could break up amid the ongoing turmoil and head their separate ways. Given the amount of potential both have, WWE could push them as solo competitors on SmackDown. This will help Triple H repackage both stars, giving them their dominant NXT gimmicks in which they achieved huge success in the Stamford-based promotion.

Regardless of when it happens, #DIY's explosion seems inevitable, and it is seemingly on the horizon.

#3. Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill

Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill are currently the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. The duo is expected to break up by the end of 2024 upon potentially losing their coveted title. The creative team seemingly sowed the seeds of dissension between them last week on RAW when The EST and The Storm came face-to-face in the Women's Battle Royal.

This was seemingly a major hint that Chief Content Officer Triple H has imminent plans to separate the two top stars to start the build-up to their highly anticipated match at WrestleMania 41. Belair could backstab Cargill after potentially losing the Women's Tag Team Title, and this could lay the foundation of this blockbuster feud.

#2. OG Bloodline

The WWE Universe recently saw the resurgence of the OG Bloodline when Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso once again united. They have joined forces to face Solo Sikoa's stable, and the rival groups are expected to clash in a Men's WarGames Match at this year's Survivor Series. However, their alliance may not last long, as the faction could split up by the end of this year.

While the OG Bloodline may not implode this time, all three superstars could simply part ways on good terms and head in different directions. Following their rumored WarGames Match, Jey and Jimmy could once again embark on their singles path. Meanwhile, Reigns could have a one-on-one feud with Sikoa for a month or two.

The Bloodline saga is expected to have many twists and turns that might leave fans shocked.

#1. The Judgment Day

One of the most prominent stables that could break up this year is The Judgment Day. The faction that once ruled Monday Night RAW now no longer possesses the same aura and brotherhood. Moreover, tensions have been brewing between Finn Balor and his group lately, as he is unhappy with how things have been working within the stable in recent times.

Meanwhile, Liv Morgan has formed a trio of her own, with Raquel Rodriguez and Dominik Mysterio, marking an invisible split with Balor, Carlito, and JD McDonagh. Therefore, The Judgment Day's fate appears to be hanging in the balance due to the ongoing drama. Although Triple H has several ways to save the faction, it is still likely to collapse, as WWE has been teasing it for quite some time now.

It will be interesting to see how things shape up in the coming weeks on the red brand and what The Game has in store for the heel faction.
