Drew McIntyre had a fantastic 2020 in WWE, first winning the men's Royal Rumble match, and then the WWE Championship after defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.

McIntyre won the Royal Rumble match after eliminating six men, one of whom was Brock Lesnar. Lesnar looked dominant in the match and had racked up 13 eliminations after entering the match at No. 1, before McIntyre threw him over the top.

Drew McIntyre chose to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36 after surviving a few F5s from The Beast, before landing a few Claymore Kicks of his own. The victory was Drew McIntyre's first against Brock Lesnar, and resulted in him winning the WWE Championship for the very first time.
That match was also Brock Lesnar's last match in WWE, with reports now suggesting that he is no longer under contract with the company. But, he is expected to return to WWE once crowds return to arenas in the near future.
